Community Guidelines
Last updated 31 October 2026
Vaznor is for hanging out, not for hurting people. These rules apply everywhere on Vaznor: servers, DMs, groups, profiles and voice. Server owners can add their own rules on top.
Respect people
- No harassment, bullying, or encouraging others to pile on someone.
- No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or illness.
- No threats of violence, and no glorifying violent attacks.
- Don't share someone's private information (address, phone number, private photos, documents) without their permission.
- Don't impersonate other people, Vaznor staff, or the official Vaznor account.
Keep it safe
- Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- No sexual content or gore in profiles, server icons or public servers.
- Don't encourage self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is struggling, talk to someone: in Ireland call Samaritans free on 116 123.
- No buying or selling drugs, weapons, or anything illegal.
Keep it real
- No spam: flooding, mass mentions, mass friend requests or unsolicited advertising.
- No scams, phishing, fake giveaways or "free premium" links. Vaznor will never ask for your password.
- No malware, and no attacking, overloading or breaking Vaznor or other people's devices.
- Don't run bots or scripts on user accounts, or scrape Vaznor.
- Respect copyright: share what you have the right to share.
If something's wrong
Right-click a message (or long-press on a phone) and choose Report Message, or email [email protected]. You can also block anyone from their profile menu, which stops their DMs and friend requests. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, warn you, limit what you can do, or suspend or close your account or server. We'll tell you what we did and why, and you can ask us to review it. See the Terms of Service for details.
